Join us for our 2022-2023 Leadership is You! Conference. Be a leader by getting involved, connecting with other students, and being the outstanding leader you can be!

Who can apply?
All current Edmonds College and Central Washington University students are welcome to apply to attend the conference. No prior leadership experience is required.
What does it cost?
FREE! Make sure to register early because space is limited!
What can you expect?
- A motivational talk presented by an honorable guest speaker
- Various workshops on topics around leadership and this year's conference theme
- Opportunity to network and socialize while enjoying a catered lunch, following team-building activities
After attending the conference, you'll walk away:
- Reflecting to formulate a unique and personally meaningful definition of leadership that exists independently of a title/position
- Recognizing the merits and challenges of various leadership styles
- Cultivating an elevated level of confidence in personal leadership skills
- Exchanging insights and establishing connections with peers and current student leaders through networking
- Acquiring techniques designed to re-energize in order to avoid student leader burn-out
- Identifying on-campus leadership opportunities for potential involvement
- Translating and applying individual leadership skills to future career opportunities
