Edmonds College is committed to a diverse, safe and inclusive learning environment. In our effort to support the success of all members of our campus community, we have joined over 100 campuses in implementing bias response protocols to address bias incidents and hate crimes on campus.
Employees should report all bias-based incidents that occur with other employees and/or students through the Bias Incident/Hate Crimes Reporting Form. In addition, they may report the bias-based incident to their supervisor.
Students should report all bias-based incidents that occur with other students and employees through the Bias Incident/Hate Crimes Reporting Form. In addition, they may report the bias-based incident to Campus Safety and Security or to any Edmonds College employee.
Any student conduct violations will be addressed by the Student Code of Conduct process. Any employee conduct violations will be addressed by the Human Resources (HR) process. These may happen in tandem with a BRT response.
