Important Information for Employees and Volunteers

Please plan on arriving no later than 1:30 p.m on June 18. Enter campus through the traffic lights at 68th Ave. W and 200th St. SW, or through lot D on 200th Ave. W. Parking for employees is in lots C and D (next to Rainier Place and Triton Field). Volunteers in traffic vests can help direct you.

You’ll then walk next to Snoqualmie Hall and Brier Hall to Parking Lot F where the celebration will occur. Chairs, socially distanced, alongside the drive-through route, will designate spots for college employees to cheer.

It is recommended that everyone attending be fully vaccinated and wear a facemask at the celebration, though the event is outside and the risks much lower. To help make the celebration festive feel free to bring balloons, signs, and wear any caps and gowns you may have (regalia is not provided this year).

Water and snacks will be provided, as will PortaPotties and hand washing stations. There will be canopies setup but CAR’mencement is rain or shine so please come prepared and dress comfortably.

When you leave, please exit through Lot D onto 68th Ave. W.

Note: Before coming to campus on June 18, please check in by completing the COVID-19 weekly training and daily health screening.
