Have additional questions? Experiencing a graduation or transfer credit error? Reach out to us!
NOTE: Please include this department email address on all emails, even when working with a specific team member. Do not use firstname.lastname@example.org; this is an automated-system email, and your message may be slow to reach us.

- ctcLink ID#

For record keeping purposes, we greatly appreciate students, alumni, and community members reaching out to us via email. Should you need it, our Evaluators can schedule phone meetings in addition to email communication.
Office Location: Lynnwood Hall, First Floor
For the privacy and security of our students, we ask that you contact our department from the verified email address(es) listed in your ctcLink account. This ensures we are following Washington State and college policies regarding sharing student information. If your email address does not match what is in ctcLink, our team will do our best to support you with non-account specific resources. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!
Not sure which email address is on your ctcLink account? Check out the tutorials on the ctcLink for Students page for helpful information and IT support!
Note: As of August 2021, Edmonds College is phasing out use of EdMail (@edcc.edu) accounts. Using an EdMail account can cause delays or drops in email delivery. If you need a school-supported email, check out the Triton Email page.
Alumni: If you are college alumni and unable to access your ctcLink account, let us know, and we will provide a separate process to verify your identity. We will ask you to provide a scan or photograph of your photo ID.
Family: If you are a parent, spouse, or family member of a student seeking to help them with a request, please work with the student to submit the appropriate Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) forms to our colleagues in Enrollment Services.
Third-Parties: If you are a work counselor or third-party supporting a student, please be sure to provide a completed and signed consent form in your email.
If you are a legal professional or third-party seeking a Public Records Request, please reach out to our Public Records Officer. You can read more about the process here and find the submission form here.
If you are a third-party seeking an Education or Enrollment Verification of a student, our colleagues in Enrollment Services generate enrollment verification certificates through the National Student Clearinghouse. If you need proof of enrollment from an Edmonds College student, you can purchase one from the National Student Clearinghouse. Learn more about Enrollment Verification process.
