Our appetizer this year is quite special! In March, Edmonds College Culinary Students competed to create a winning appetizer dish for INSPIRE 2022. A panel of six judges sampled six original creations. The winning team will help the Lynnwood Convention Center chefs prepare the appetizer. We look forward to announcing and featuring the winning dish on April 9th. Bon Appétit!
