Our Mission

Mission

The Edmonds College Foundation supports access, success, and excellence for students, faculty, and staff at Edmonds College.

Our Vision

Edmonds College Foundation will be the preeminent resource supporting student success and educational excellence at the college and throughout the community.

About the Foundation

The Edmonds College Foundation is the charitable organization that supports Edmonds College. The Foundation connects South Snohomish County to its college, and is driven by the belief that lives and our community can be transformed through the power of education.

Each year, the Foundation raises almost $1 million to ensure students have access to the support they need to succeed. The funds are used to provide scholarships, emergency funding, and investments in impactful practices like learning labs, support for incarcerated, low income and first generation college students, and helping to host a STEM conference for young girls thinking about expanding their horizons.

Additionally, in fiscal year 2019-2020, the Foundation raised $2.1 million for the LAUNCH campaign as well as $550,000 from the Eva Gordon Estate.

The Foundation is supported by a diverse group of people and organizations – individuals, companies, and Foundations – all of whom value the College as a unique community asset. We are dedicated to transformational impact, and give voice to our community’s belief that every educational and career goal has value. Together we can contribute to the betterment, diversity, and enrichment of our community.
