Returning to Campus: Employees
Starting Sept. 13, employees, students, and regularly scheduled volunteers no longer need to complete the health attestation form when visiting campus.
If you’re not scheduled and you plan to come to campus, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible; best practice would be 48 hours in advance, for COVID-19 contact tracing. Due to the impact on re-organizing custodial schedules to ensure the area has the appropriate attention, notice is especially important if you’re going to be any place other than an individual office. Supervisor approval is no longer required.
