Returning to Campus: Employees

Every week: Take COVID-19 training

You must complete the training before your first visit to campus and every week afterwards.

Every visit: Fill out health screening when arriving and leaving

Every time you visit campus for work-related activities, you must fill out the screening immediately upon your arrival and just prior to leaving.

Take the Health Screening

Please don’t come to campus unless absolutely necessary. If you must come to campus to perform certain work-related activities, follow the steps below. Please keep in mind that your visit may only occur during designated days and times: Monday through Thursday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. through Aug. 28; Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. after Aug. 28.

How to visit campus:

  1. Get approval before your visit:
    • First, get approval from your supervisor.
    • Next, request approval from Campus Security by using this form. You must submit the request form at least two business days before your visit. This means that if you want to visit on a Monday, you must submit your request by the Thursday before.
    • Wait for a confirmation email that says your visit has been approved by Campus Security. The email will be from “Sam Salsman via Smartsheet” and will have the subject line “You may visit campus, but you must follow the steps in this email.”
  2. Prepare to safely visit campus by completing this training.
  3. On the day of your visit:
    • Complete a health self-assessment before and after your visit.
    • Call the security team at 425.640.1501 before and after your visit.
    • Bring your EdPass for keypad access to your building and/or office space(s).
    • Dress appropriately — the heat in all buildings has been turned down to save energy and will not be adjusted for individual campus visits.
    • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer before and after your visit.
    • Practice social distancing by maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from others.
    • When you leave, use disinfecting cleaner or wipes to clean all surfaces you come in contact with – stair rails, door handles, desk drawers, flat surfaces, copiers, shared computers, phones, etc.
