Returning to Campus: STUDENTS

Every week: Take COVID-19 training.

You must complete the training before your first visit to campus and every week afterwards.

Take the training for a class:

Your instructor has added the training to your classroom. Login to Canvas to complete the training.

Take the training for visits unrelated to class:

Use the link below if you're visiting the Food Pantry, visiting the Facility Makerspace, dropping off or picking up a child at the Center for Families, participating in athletics, or visiting for another reason unrelated to your classes.

Every visit: Fill out health screening when arriving and leaving

Every time you participate in an on-campus class, you must complete the online health screening below. Complete it immediately upon your arrival and complete it again just prior to leaving. If you attend multiple classes in one day, you must complete the health screening before and after each of the classes. You can also use this form when you visit campus for a reason other than attending class (such as using the food pantry, dropping off/picking up a child at the Center for Families, visiting the Facility Makerspace, and participating in athletics).
