NOTICE: Many online services (except Canvas) unavailable Jan. 26 through Feb. 16
We’re launching ctcLink – a new self-service portal and mobile app to serve you better. During the upgrade,
the following online services will be unavailable: registering for classes, financial
aid, adding/dropping a class, paying tuition, or making a payment. All services will
be available again when ctcLink goes live for students on Feb. 16.
Classes will continue during the upgrade and you will have access to Canvas.
Questions?
While online services are down, you can ask questions by phone or text via our Campus
Operator. Call 425.640.1459 ext. 0, text 425.243.0867, or join a Triton Zoom lounge. You can also contact the START desk for assistance with technology needs.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work toward
offering you the best student experience. Check edmonds.edu/hours for the most up-to-date information. Learn more about ctcLink.

Coming to campus for in person classes this winter
If you are enrolled in a class that has a hands-on lab component offered in person
on the EC campus, you'll follow these steps for visiting campus and attending your class:
- Complete a weekly COVID-19 training.
- Each visit, you'll complete a health screening on or before your arrival and when
you depart campus.
Find the instructions and these steps in more detail on our Returning to Campus website. For more information about COVID-19 updates, visit edcc.edu/coronavirus.
Get ready to learn online
We've compiled a list of resources to help you get prepared for the online learning
environment.
Online Learning Resources
You can also log in to Canvas to get familiar with the online learning environment. Need tech support? Email or
call START (Student Technology Advice and Resource Team).
Do you need to check out technology to study online?
To be successful, we highly recommend you complete your online studies on a laptop.
Request technology by filling out this brief survey: Student Technology Checkout Request. Edmonds College has a limited number of Chromebooks and equipment that we can lend
to students, but we will do our best to accommodate as many students as possible.
If you do not have internet access or cannot complete this survey online, please call
425. 640.1101 for assistance by phone, or send an email to start@edmail.edcc.edu with “Technology Need” in the subject line of your email.
In order to qualify for the technology equipment loan program, you must be enrolled
for Winter Quarter 2021. If approved, you will be required to sign a Student Mobile
Device Release agreement and may be required to provide proof of enrollment at the
time of equipment pick-up.
Equipment will be distributed (while supplies last) starting Dec. 29. When you fill
out the technology request form, you will be able to choose the date and time you pick up your equipment.
Students can request WiFi hotspots by contacting START. We will have expanded support hours during the first week of fall quarter, and will
update the website.
