Digital Accessibility at EC
“Digital accessibility” means designing digital content so that it is fully usable by people with disabilities. Digital content is anything that is accessed on a computer or mobile device. Some examples include:
- Websites and web pages
- Canvas courses
- Digital textbooks
- Google or Microsoft Word documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- PDFs
- Forms
- Email messages
- Software
- Streaming and recorded videos
