Staff member's dance company performs at Black Box Theatre

Andre Bouchard, who is in charge of publicity and ticketing for the college’s Black Box Theatre, is also the artistic director for Walrus Dance Company.

The company performs 21 vignettes, 8 p.m., Fri., Feb. 13 in the Black Box Theatre at Edmonds College. It's a Valentine’s-themed dance show.

With live music from Halophile and special guest Serendipity Dance Brigade, Walrus Dance Company will perform a show about frustration, humiliation, and rejection.

The show explores an awkward first date, a gradually disgruntled temp worker’s first week on the job, funny yet tormenting dreams, and everyday failure of communication.
