During this one-day workshop you will:

• Learn who’s who at the SBCTC and how they can help you
• Develop an understanding of how policies are developed through Commissions and Councils
• Mine the SBCTC and State Legislative websites and discuss policy and fiscal issues related to recent legislation
• Identify how Legislation impacts higher education, and how you and your college impact Legislators
• Use online reports to the Legislature and SBCTC research to inform your work
