ASEC: Communications Assistant
The Communication Assistant is responsible for professionally managing the internal and external communication and marketing processes of the ASEC Executive Board and the Associated Students of Edmonds College to students, faculty, staff, the community and technical college system, and community stakeholders.

ASEC: Executive Officer for Administration
Serves as the primary student administrator and is the student representative at the board of trustees meetings and other official functions of the college.

ASEC: Executive Officer for Academics
Represents the needs of students at the instructional/classroom level. Appoints student representatives to faculty tenure committees, serves on college instructional committees, and meets with instructional leadership.

ASEC: Executive Officer for Budget & Finance
Serves as the financial manager of ASEC and monitors its budgets and programs. Chairs the Service & Activity Fee budget allocation process.

ASEC: Executive Officer for Clubs (Student Organizations)
Works as an advocate for clubs and promotes club involvement on campus. Works with the student programmers for clubs in the process of chartering clubs.

ASEC: Executive Officer for Community Relations
Serves as the primary contact for ASEC on legislative programs and activities. This position is the official ASEC representative to the Legislature in Olympia.

ASEC: Executive Officer for Diversity
Supports campus-wide diversity efforts, works as a student advocate on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, and works with the college's marketing department to ensure positive representation of diversity in campus publications.

ASEC: Executive Officer for Student Relations
Responsible for student advocacy and assisting students with specific concerns and questions about policies and procedures at Edmonds College. Serves as the primary advocate for the service-learning, co-curricular and volunteer programs.

ASEC: Executive Officer for Technology
Advocates for technology support and training for all students. Chairs the annual Technology Investment Management allocation process and serves on the college’s Technology Advisory Committee.

Food Pantry Assistant
Operates the food pantry during open hours. Duties include opening and closing, assisting students, stocking, and taking inventory. The position is work-study eligible.

Graphic Designer
Responsible for the design and publication of printed and digital marketing materials for student events and services sponsored by ASEC. Must have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Social Media Specialist
Responsible for managing CSEL “Triton Life” social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram), creating and distributing a series of Triton Monthly & Triton Weekly newsletters, and producing a “Triton Stories” component to the portfolio of work.

Marketing & Outreach Specialist
Responsible for campus posting on designated campus locations and assisting with CSEL promotions and outreach across campus. Also, the position serves as a spokesperson for the CSEL Graphics + Marketing Team and is knowledgeable of most events and programs in CSEL.

Green Team Campus Community Farm Coordinator
Responsible for maintaining the farm's health, safety, and beauty, and increasing its accessibility to all members of campus by coordinating service-learning volunteer opportunities and actively promoting the farm to the campus.

Green Team Event Coordinator
Supports the Green Team by leading the team during major events and activities and serving as the community partner contact. 

Green Team Outreach Coordinator
Supports the Green Team by reaching out to the campus community individually and as a team to raise awareness of the work, projects, and sustainable practices. 

Campus Event Programmer
Oversees the production of diverse educational, social, and cultural events to serve the needs of the students and enhance the campus community.

Volunteer Coordinator
Coordinates the recruitment, management, training, and retention of the CSEL Volunteer Team to contribute to ASEC-funded and other campus-sponsored events. Supports event programmers to produce diverse educational, social, and cultural events to serve the needs of the students and enhance the campus community.

CABC Programmer
Plans and organizes events and programs that serve the needs of students. With a focus on equity, inclusion, and cultural awareness, this programmer promotes diversity events and educational programs that help bring students to the CABC.

Student Organizations Coordinator
Provides leadership, support, and guidance to student organizations. Assists with the chartering process, scheduling meetings/activities, and processing expenditures.

Service-Learning Volunteer Programmer
Supports the Center for Service-Learning by planning, developing, and implementing service projects both on and off campus with local community partners.

CSEL Outreach & Operations Assistants
The CSEL Outreach & Operations Assistant is a key support role that serves several purposes, including welcoming students and visitors at our front desk, maintaining student spaces in the Triton Student Center, providing resource support for Triton Student Center events, and conducting in-person outreach about campus events and programs.  

Triton Game Room Assistants
Responsible for scanning/checking student I.D. and enrollment status as a student enters the game room; provides customer service; tracks statistics related to attendance, popcorn consumption and equipment use; replenishes supplies; cleans/maintains Game Room facility as needed.
