Washington state Rep. Rick Larsen from the 2nd Congressional District visited the Snohomish County Head Start and Early Head Start programs Oct. 16.

Larsen visited classrooms and met with children, staff, and members of the program’s management team.  

He said he is committed to the success of the Head Start and Early Head Start programs, which are administered by Edmonds Community College.

Head Start and Early Head Start are free, federally funded programs that provide comprehensive child development, early learning, and parent support services to low-income families with children from birth to five years old.
