After completing or making a correction to your financial aid application, it may take 3-5 days before our office receives your information.

1. Check your To Do list in ctcLink to see if you must complete another process, or submit other documentation.
2. Check you emails. We will notify you as needed for instructions on what you need to do
3. You must enroll for classes before we can review your file. If you plan to use financial aid for Summer quarter, you must enroll as soon as possible.
4. When you have completed all assigned tasks, we will mark your file as Ready for Review. This means your financial aid file is ready for a member of our team to check your eligibility for aid!

Submit Documents Forms Library

Once you provide us with the last document or complete the last process needed for your file, we mark your file as “Complete”.

2025-2026

• We review Loan Requests in the order that a file is marked Ready for Review
  • Currently accepting loan applications for spring 2026 quarter

Note: You eligibility for Financial Aid grants will be determined before we review your loan request.

Appeal to Go Beyond the Financial Aid Maximum Time Frame (MTF)

• We are currently reviewing MTF appeals submitted on April 23, 2026
• We only review MTF appeals if your advisor has shared your Academic Plan with our office.
• If we do not get your Academic Plan from your advisor, we will notify you by email

Appeal for Cancellation of Financial Aid

• We are currently working on Appeal for Cancellation submitted on April 21, 2026
