How to Pay for the EYH Conference

We are so glad you'll be joining us for EYH Edmonds! Please see below for detail regarding payment.

Large School Groups:

School districts will be billed based on number of seats registered, not number attended. We will process payment for school districts with a purchase order for which payment will be due seven days after the conference.

Single Attendees:

If you are attending outside of a school field trip and would like to pay by check or credit card, please call Ashley Hayes at 425.640.1543 to arrange for payment.

Participation Waivers are available to students who can demonstrate qualification for free and reduced lunch and/or school district support for participation waiver. They can be downloaded here.
