Welcome to the Center!
Welcome back, Tritons!
The campus is now open to help you get ready for classes. Most offices will continue to have some virtual hours as well as in-person hours. Classes (online, hybrid, and face to face) begin on September 20. We can't wait to see you!
The Center for Student Cultural Diversity & Inclusion strives for equity and inclusion for students of color and/or students from marginalized backgrounds through empowerment, advocacy, and celebration. The Center serves all students with additional intentional efforts of centralizing around students of color, gender-diverse backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ community, and all other historically marginalized identities.
Beyond programming diversity and social justice events such as Coming Out Day, Lunar New Year, and MLK Celebration, The Center's manager is a Student Success Coach who provides mentoring/ advising
to student. The space itself holds off/on-campus resources such as a computer lab,
free printing every week, check-out programs for calculators, laptops, books, and
more for students to utilize.
Come check us out in Brier Hall 154. We look forward to your visit!

Student Success Coach: Analisa Gonzalez
Come meet and chat with the our Student Success Coach, Analisa Gonzalez (she/her/hers), in an individualize one-on-one session!
What's a Student Success Coach?
Similar to an Academic Advisor, students who meet with our coach will learn more about their program of study and be placed on a Success Plan. The purpose of our plans, personalized to each student, is to build and develop time management skills and effective study strategies while integrating study/ coursework time to set them up for success as best. Even more, our coach is here to listen, comprehend, and aid students in finding campus resources, effective strategies, or solutions to obstacles they may face during college.
