COPSY 055: Special Topics: Counseling Psychology
Credits: 4Explore issues from counseling psychology related to personal, interpersonal, and professional growth. Topics might include self-actualization, stress management, overcoming math or test anxiety, assertiveness, self-esteem, work relationships, life satisfaction, and improving relationships.

- Describe basic personality type theory and application and identify characteristics of the 16 MBTI personality types.
