Student Outcomes
- Demonstrate the ability to design systems, components, and/or processes using advanced
materials and current technology in a variety of different manufacturing industries. - Apply the principles of quality and safety to conduct standard tests, measurements,
and experiments and to analyze and interpret the results to improve processes in a
manufacturing
environment. - Demonstrate the ability to utilize and apply basic scientific principles of science, mathematics, engineering, and technology to solve broadly defined advanced manufacturing problems.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and use appropriate technical literature; and to effectively apply written, oral, and graphical communication in broadly defined technical and non-technical environments.
- Demonstrate the ability to function and contribute as a member as well as a leader on technical teams in a diverse environment.
