A photo of a bedroom in Rainier PlaceAll apartments have quarterly cleaning inspections where staff will check common areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms)

Announced in advance via email, posters, and text announcements.

Cleaning inspections check for any  damages, safety hazards, overall cleanliness, and policy violations.

Policy violations such as drugs, alcohol, and other paraphernalia are confiscated and informed to the resident via a note left on their door.
