2023-24 Eligibility Requirements

• Have been in Washington State, federal, or tribal foster care after the age of 13.
• Enroll at least half-time (6 credits) in an eligible college program by your 22nd birthday.
• Maintain Washington State residency (DREAMer students welcome)
• Must be working toward earning your first college degree or certificate.
