Commencement 2024 Instructions.
Graduates and guests: Congratulations for attending Commencement 2024! Please enter campus at the lights on 200th and 68th Ave W. Park in lots C, D, E, and F. Parking for those with mobility issue is available in lot C, close to the east side of Seaview Hall.
For the first ceremony at 3 p.m., graduates will meet at Hazel Miller Hall for check-in and lineup at 3 p.m. graduates need to be on campus no later than 2:15 p.m. For the second ceremony at 6:30 p.m., graduates no later than 5:45 p.m.
If you have not done so already, you can get your cap and gown at the College Bookstore, open 10 a.m to 3.p.m. Monday-Thursday. The Bookstore will be open on Friday, June 14, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Guests will find seating in Seaview Hall (please arrive at least 15 minutes early). Guests can either get their tickets from the graduates who have picked them up earlier or at the ceremony in front of Seaview Hall. Guests that require ASL, please look for the section provided for this. Additionally, sections in front of bleachers will be provided for guests with mobility issues.
After each ceremony, graduates and their guests can go to nearby Hazel Miller Hall for a reception to take photos, have some refreshments, and meet college faculty, administration, and Board of Trustee members.
NOTE: Filming and photography will take place at commencement and the reception area
