Important Information for Employees and Volunteers
We are hosting two commencement ceremonies in Seaview Gym on Saturday, June 17 --
12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Please plan on arriving no later than 11:00 a.m. on Saturday,
June 17, for the first ceremony and no later than 2:30 p.m. for the second ceremony.
Enter campus through the traffic lights at 68th Ave. W and 200th St. SW, or through
lot D on 200th Ave. W. Parking for employees is in lots C and D (next to Rainier Place
and Triton Field). Volunteers in traffic vests can help direct you.
You’ll then walk next to Seaview Gymnasium to where the celebration will occur.
Water and snacks will be provided for volunteers.

Please arrive on campus by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. (unless told a different time).
You will enter campus at the lights on 68th Ave. W and 200th St. SW, and park in Lots
C or D (next to Rainier Place and Triton Field). Walk to Seaview Gym to check-in.
Assignments will include student check-in, traffic direction, and runners. Stewart
Sinning will reach out to determine your preference. Please come prepared and dress
comfortably or according to instructions.
Food and refreshments will be provided for volunteers.
