Important Information for Employees and Volunteers

Commencement will be held at Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett at 6 p.m. on June 18, 2026.

If you are volunteering, please see details in the volunteer tab.

If you are attending as an audience member, be sure to familiarize yourself with the Arena policies and parking.

As an audience member, tickets to commencement are required. You may pick up your tickets at the bookstore starting on May 26.

Thank you for volunteering at Commencement on Thursday, June 18, 2026.

Volunteers may travel to Angel of the Winds by van or personal vehicle. If you wish to travel by van, please contact Stewart Sinning (stewart.sinning@edmonds.edu) to make arrangements.

Volunteer assignments will include student check-in, traffic direction, runners, and ushers. Stewart Sinning will reach out to determine your preference. Please come prepared and dress comfortably, or as instructed.

Snacks and refreshments will be provided for volunteers.
