Important Dates and Information for Graduates

Graduates and guests: Congratulations for attending Commencement 2025!

Campus Map

Guests will find seating in Seaview Hall (please arrive at least 15 minutes early). Guests can either get their tickets from the graduates who have picked them up earlier or at the ceremony in front of Seaview Hall. Guests that require ASL, please look for the section provided for this. Additionally, sections in front of bleachers will be provided for guests with mobility issues.

After each ceremony, graduates and their guests can go to nearby Brier Hall for a reception to take photos, have some refreshments, and meet college faculty, administration, and Board of Trustee members.

Do you have friends and family coming from out-of-town?

The Hilton Garden Inn is offering Triton families a 20% discount on rooms for commencement weekend when you book through this link.

Commencement Tickets Information

Starting Tuesday, May 27, students can pick up their initial allocated tickets from the Bookstore during the Grad Fair until Thursday, June 5. Please bring an ID. Afterward, graduates can visit Brier 252 for pickup, starting Monday, June 9. The office is open Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Requests for Additional Tickets | If you would like to request additional tickets, please email your full name, ctcLink ID (student ID), and the number of additional tickets you would like to commencement@edmonds.edu to be added to our “Additional Tickets List.” We cannot guarantee you will receive the exact number of tickets requested, and we will try our best to provide them. Tritons will receive an email stating the number of extra tickets we could provide starting on Friday, June 6.

Picking Up Additional Tickets | Students who receive an email can pick up their additional tickets starting on Monday, June 9, through Wednesday, June 18, in Brier 252.

Commencement Attire

The ceremonies do not have official attire, and we highly suggest dressing in what makes you feel your best and most comfortable - business casual works, too. However, each student needs to wear a navy cap and gown, which can be purchased from the College Bookstore from Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Brier Hall. Graduates will pick up their caps, gowns, tassels, and honor cords prior to the event. If you have any questions or would like to see if we have any extras you can borrow, please email us at commencement@edmonds.edu
