How to Submit Supporting Documents

The online application requires you to upload a copy of your most recent unofficial transcript showing your cumulative GPA. Some scholarships may also require you to provide letters of recommendation; these scholarships are optional but are a great investment of your time.

Transcripts

Edmonds College Students:

  1. Go to your Student Self Service Portal
  2. Under the Academic Records tile, select unofficial transcripts
  3. Right click and save your transcripts as a PDF or copy/paste into a Word document
  4. Upload it to Upload it to your scholarship application when prompted.

Non-Edmonds College Students:

  1. Request a copy of your transcript online or visit your school's Counseling / Career Action Center to make a request.
Plan ahead: It may take up to a week to receive a transcript from your Counseling / Career Action Center once it has been requested.
Note: If your transcripts are not on a 4.0 scale, please contact the Foundation for help converting your transcripts to a 4.0 scale. Please do this well in advance of the application closing date.
  2. Scan your transcript and save it as a PDF or JPG.
  3. Upload it to the Foundation scholarship website as part of the application process.

Hard copies of transcripts will not be accepted. Your transcript must be submitted electronically.
