Starting your journey at Edmonds College? One of the first things you'll want to check off your to-do list is getting your EdPass—your official student ID card.

From accessing campus buildings and checking out library books to getting discounted bus fares with an ORCA card, your EdPass is your all-access pass to student life.

Here’s everything you need to know to get yours:

📍 Where to Go

EdPass Office
Location: Alderwood Hall, Room 103

If you submit your photo online, you’ll get an email once your card is ready. Just a heads-up: cards are not mailed—you’ll still need to pick them up in person.

⏰ When to Get Your EdPass

You can get your EdPass:

• At the end of the previous quarter, or
  
• At the start of the new quarter, just before classes begin.

🪪 What to Bring

To get your EdPass, make sure to bring:

• Your ctcLink ID number (you’ll receive this during orientation)
  
• A valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID)

Save time by submitting your photo ahead of time:

1. Visit the EdPass website and create an eAccount.
   
2. Upload a photo using the link sent by the EdPass Office.
   

• Wait for an email letting you know your card is ready—or follow instructions if it’s not approved.

🚍 Need to Ride the Bus?

If you’re commuting, get the EdPass/ORCA card for discounted public transit.
