GETTING YOUR EDPASS

Where:

EdPass Office: Alderwood Hall, 103

Note: If you complete the Online Photo Submission process, you will receive an email when your card is ready for pickup at the EdPass Office. You must pick up your card in person. We will not ship it to you.

When:

You can create new student EdPass ID cards at the end of the quarter. Current employees may obtain their first EdPass anytime.

What You Need:

Your student/employee ctcLink ID number and a valid form of Photo ID.

If you need to ride the bus to college, you will need to get an EdPass/ORCA card.

• Students: $36 for the first quarter and $26 for each renewed quarter.
• Employees: $45 per quarter

What Happens Next:

Online Photo Submission: The EdPass Office will approve or deny your online photo submission based on enrollment or employment status (see Photo Requirements). Whether your online photo is accepted or denied, further instructions will be sent to the email you specified on your Online Photo Submission account.

Visiting EdPass Office: The EdPass staff will take your photo and print your EdPass card during your visit. Be sure to bring the required materials mentioned above.
