Ask Questions - Support Request System
Use the Online Support Request to:
- Ask questions
- Address Financial Aid concerns
Note: You must be admitted prior to Spring and use your old student ID number to use Support Request System. For those that are new Spring quarter and just have a ctcLink ID you may not be able to access the support request. Please visit our zoom room and we can answer your questions or submit a ticket for you.
We will respond to your questions within 24 hours during the work week. During high volume times it may take us bit longer to respond.
Financial Aid Portal
Use the Student Portal to:
- Check the status of your file
- See if documents are missing, or if new documents are needed
- View financial aid awards
Note: Financial Aid is not in the ctcLink system for the current year. We will begin displaying Financial Aid information in ctcLink for the 21-22 academic year, which begins Summer 2021.
The online document submission will allow you to attach documents and submit them to our office. Our forms page has more information about this process.
