We encourage you to use the zoom option above. However, we do have a voicemail option during remote operations and we return your call within 24 hours during the work week if you need to leave a message. During high volume times it may take us a little longer to respond.
Financial Aid Portal
Use the Student Portal to:
- Check the status of your file
- See if documents are missing, or if new documents are needed
- View financial aid awards
The online document submission will allow you to attach documents and submit them to our office. Our forms page has more information about this process.

EdMail: You are required to use it! It is the way we communicate with you.
The college assigns all students EdMail (email) accounts within a couple of days after they register for their first class. Note: if you are a former student returning after time away from school, check with the Enrollment Services Office to confirm what email address we have on file for you. We use the address recorded in the Enrollment Services records. To gain access to your account, follow the steps at edcc.edu/edmail.
