Triton Taste is operated by culinary arts students enrolled in a unique certificate programs in Mobile Food Cooking, and/or Mobile Food Entrepreneurship where students gain hands-on experience and entry-level culinary skills in a mobile food truck setting. The food truck menu focuses on plant-forward, vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
