Mable LiddellMable Liddell

Mable started as an intern at Edmonds College and is now a Human Resources Consultant. She promised herself that once her eight adopted children were school-aged, she would return to get a degree. “I wanted my children to see the commitment and determination it took to achieve a degree and for them to know they could accomplish the same.” Interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and teamwork help her be successful. At Edmonds College, she learned to listen and understand our diverse college's cultural differences. Her advice: “critical thinking skills will forever be important no matter how the world continues to evolve.”


Sean GandySean Gandy

Sean studied entrepreneurship at Edmonds College. He now owns two barbershops in Snohomish County (www.gandys-barbershop.com). Sean started small, remains humble, and is creative. At Edmonds, he studied a variety of business stories and learned about the financial aspect of business. “Good haircuts, customer service, and community” make this company successful.


Crystal LovelaceCrystal Lovelace

Crystal Lovelace completed the Business Management AAS-T Degree at Edmonds College and transferred to CWU Lynnwood, where she completed her BA. She works at Vimly Benefits Solutions, where she moved from Customer Success Coordinator to team lead within six months. In the Edmonds Business Program, she learned about facilitation to understand roles and teams in businesses, and she uses her project management and Excel skills in her work. Crystal says it’s about taking the initiative, asking questions, and not being afraid to fail.


Vijay Kumar

Vijay Kumar

Vijay is a Technology Risk Manager at Ernst and Young. After his education in Pakistan, Vijay earned the Project Management (PM) Certificate from Edmonds College in 2016. Vijay appreciates the teamwork skills and practices he gained at Edmonds. In the PM program, the faculty encouraged asking questions and having discussions. The new knowledge and people skills helped him advance in this position.


Ihab BouananiIhab Bouanani

Ihab is a District Manager at Five Guys Enterprises. At Edmonds College, Ihab learned how to connect his past career and training in electrical engineering to a new career in business and restaurants. He learned facilitation, analyst, and project management skills that directly applied to his new company and increased his value and position. He excels at corporate strategy, thinking big picture and long-term.
