People come to counseling for different reasons. Some concerns that bring people into
counseling include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, substance use/abuse,
adjusting to college life, and relationship challenges.
Our counselors are trained to address mental health concerns and are here to support
you. We can help you learn how to address issues, manage symptoms, and build skills.
Do you need to choose a major or decide upon a career path? Let us help you better
understand yourself, learn about career and academic research tools, and develop a
plan to make informed decisions.
The Counseling and Resource Center provides referrals for all our campus community
members. You can review the printed material at our center located in Mountlake Terrace
Hall (MLT) 145 or check out our online resources.
