• Quiet hours - 10 p.m.-10 a.m. Sun.-Thurs.; midnight-10 a.m. Fri./Sat.
• Guest policy - no more than three consecutive overnights per guest
• Do not let strangers into the building (they must have a fob/key and enter on their own)
• Alcohol and drug-free building — no alcohol or drugs allowed for any students in the building
• No smoking in apartments
• Students should keep their apartments clean (cleaning daily and/or weekly on their own)
• No pets of any kind are allowed
• The college may remove a student, with only 24 hours notice, if they do not follow these policies
• Resident Assistants enforces the policies at the residence halls
• See the Residence Hall Handbook for all policies as presented at an orientation 

• All students must have a parking permit issued by the Security office that indicates they are an Edmonds College student, IN ADDITION to getting a Housing parking permit.
• Have Guests staying overnight? Make sure to plan in advance and ask the Housing Office for a Guest Parking Pass. 
• The Housing Office is in the lobby of Rainier Place and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Thursdays and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Fridays.

Amazon Hub Instructions:

• Triton Court has an Amazon Hub facility.
• Residents should set up an Amazon Hub account to facilitate package deliveries.
• Ensure to specify delivery hours clearly in your Amazon account settings. Instructions listed above.
• Any Triton Court resident package delivered to the Housing Office in Rainier Place can call the Housing Office number between 9 a.m.-5 p.m. or the Triton Court RA on-call after 5 p.m.
