The Takeoff for Success Scholars (TSS) program empowers students to navigate the complexities of higher education with confidence. We provide a robust support network designed to help you achieve your academic goals—whether you are transferring to a four-year university or launching your career.

Participant Commitments
To maintain your status as a Takeoff for Success Scholar, students must be enrolled in a certificate or degree program and commit to the following:
- (A)cademic Planning: Meet with your academic advisor quarterly to complete and update your Academic Plan.
- (C)onduct: Adhere to all college rules and policies.
- (C)onnection: Participate in one TSS meeting and one check-in with your Navigator each quarter.
- (E)ngagement: Attend at least one campus activity and one TSS-specific event per quarter (workshops, guest speakers, etc.)
