Recipes: Granola

Serves: 12
Serving Size: 1/3 cup

What you will need:

  • 3 cups Oats
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 TBSP cinnamon
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine sugar, oil, honey, cinnamon and vanilla – mix well
  3. Add oats, mix well
  4. Bake 20 – 25 minutes stirring often for even browning
  5. Add raisins while mix is still hot
  6. Cool completely before storing in an air tight container
