Yes, you may apply for any job openings!

Unfortunately, once you have submitted your application, you cannot edit it afterward. However, if the respective supervisor accepts additional documents after already submitting your application, you can send the documents via email. You may address your letter with the following: "To Whom It May Concern; Dear Hiring Manager; Dear Respective Supervisor." The supervisors will review all resumes, cover letters, transcripts, and additional documents during the Application Review stage before inviting individuals to interview.

The supervisor will notify you at every step of the hiring process. If the supervisor selects you for an interview, you will get an email, Google Calendar invite, or phone call inviting you for an interview appointment.

We recommend you dress professionally or in your best business casual. We understand not everyone has the best or sharpest clothing; we ultimately want you to feel good and proud of how you present yourself. Also, bring any questions you may have for the hiring manager and committee.

Yes, student staff have sick leave. We also offer flexibility in work schedules, as appropriate. Student staff have the opportunity to work from home, depending on the quarter and position.
