You may address your letter with "Dear Hiring Manager." The CSEL supervisors will
conduct interviews and will review your letter.

Yes, student staff have sick leave. We also offer flexibility in work schedules, as
appropriate. Student staff have the opportunity to work from home, depending on the
quarter and position.
