2020 Commencement CEREMONY

Congratulations to our 2020 Triton graduates!

All of us at Edmonds College are proud of you and we celebrate and honor your achievements. Due to the safety and health of our campus community, the Edmonds College 2020 Commencement celebration is online. Our virtual commencement video is available for viewing with messages from EC President Dr. Amit B. Singh, and Brenda Obonyo, Associated Students Executive Officer for Administration, and more. Are you graduating with honors?

All honor cord recipients will be notified and given the option to pick up their honor cords in person (when safely permitted) or have it mailed to them.

Purchase a cap and gown

If you would like to purchase a cap and gown for a keepsake, please visit the College Bookstore website, click on “Gifts and Accessories,” then choose “Graduation.” Cap and Gown bundles come with a complementary 2020 tassel. The cost is $50 plus tax. You may purchase additional keychains, tassels, and bling tassels at an additional cost. You will need to email sm8070@bncollege.com after you place your order, with your order number verifying what size gown you would like shipped to you. Sizes are by height from 4’9” to 6’5”. There are also plus sizes 1, 2, and 3 available.

Edmonds College diploma covers will be available at the Campus Bookstore in July for $9.98 plus tax. Call the College Bookstore at 425.640.1575 or email sm8070@bncollege.com to check availability and how to order.

Check your mail and EdMail

In July, we will be sending all graduates their diplomas with a 2020 tassel, a message from the president, alumni information, and more. Please keep an eye on your EdMail too. The college sends notifications about the diploma mailing, requests for address correction, etc., through EdMail.

Save the date: You’re invited to Commencement 2021

Although we aren’t able to celebrate in person this year, we’re looking forward to seeing Triton pride shown off across our community. All 2020 EC graduates and their family and friends are invited to our 2021 Commencement ceremony at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 19, 2021, at the Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett.
