Occupational safety and health professionals analyze many types of environments and work procedures to prevent accidents and health hazards to workers. Employed in almost every industry (both private and public), safety professionals inspect workplaces for adherence to regulations on safety, health and environment then design programs to eliminate on-the-job injuries, prevent disease and damage to the environment. Our program is flexible, with nearly all classes designed to be completed online, allowing working students to complete a degree or certificate without having to come to campus.
