IT Support I Intern
Snohomish County IT is looking for a Computer Hardware Technician to join our team as a paid intern for up to 12 weeks. (Approximate time frame is from Sept to Nov 2025). The internship will require up to 20 hours of on-site work per week at our main campus located in downtown Everett, WA.
The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge in computer software, hardware and peripheral troubleshooting, familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and be enrolled in a computer science degree program. Our paid internship provides an opportunity for students to gain practical experience with imaging and configuration of the Windows Operating System in a high-volume Service Desk environment. The person selected for the position will work a 15-hour-per-week flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends including one evening a week and at least one Sunday every four weeks. The successful candidate may be required to adapt to future schedule and location changes depending on library needs.
