The Bilingual (Spanish) Family Advocate role works with families to reduce conflict at home and prevent youth homelessness. Family Advocates provide family case management with a total caseload of 10 to 12 families. Family Advocates also help facilitate parenting classes for parents and youth monthly. They also respond to community calls, collaborate with community partners, and work collaboratively across Cocoon House programs to ensure consistency of care for youth and families.
