Report a Problem
We are committed to equal access and the civil rights of people with disabilities. If you have encountered any physical, electronic, or programmatic barriers at our college, please report them so we can remove the barriers as quickly as possible and maintain access for everyone.
Please report the barriers you experienced to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 425.640.1320. Your email or phone call will be sent to the appropriate college official to address your concern. The college official will follow up as soon as possible.
Disability Discrimination Reporting
We have a Bias/Hate Crime Reporting Form for individuals who believe they have experienced disability discrimination in a college-sponsored program or activity. To file a complaint or report, please fill out the Bias/Hate Crime Reporting Form.
Disputes or Appeals
Reasonable Accommodations - Disputes
If a student believes that Services for Students with Disabilities or other college staff involved in services to students with disabilities have not identified or provided reasonable academic adjustments or auxiliary aids, the student may seek review of the director’s actions by contacting the Office of the Vice President for Student Services. The vice president, or designee, will review the student’s appeal and respond within five business days.
If the student believes that they have been discriminated against or that the accommodation
does not meet appropriate legal standards, the student may file a formal complaint
with the college’s ADA coordinator or designee. At that time, the ADA coordinator, or designee, will provide the student
a copy of the formal complaint procedures which shall include the phone numbers of
the U.S. Office of Civil Rights and the Washington State Human Rights Commission.
