Click on any event for more info. Most of our events and meetings fall into one of the following categories:

Inspections: Suit up, open the hives, and see what the bees are doing in there! It is a lot of fun and a hands-on experience. We try to do these once a week during the bees' most active season.

Craft Events: We get together to make candles, lotion bars, soap, and other crafts from the beeswax we collect from our bees!

Honey Events: These are events related to the extraction, processing, and bottling of the honey produced by our bees.

Educational Events: We host some educational events to help bee club members learn as much as they can about the intricacies of bee behavior and beekeeping practices. There is usually a presentation on a topic of interest and free snacks. We also occasionally attend academic conferences.

Table Events: We often have a table set up at school functions to raise awareness and encourage students to join Bee Club. We appreciate anyone who is able to come out and help us staff a table and do some bee education.

Service-Learning: Occasionally, we can use some extra hands when it comes to maintenance of our apiary and hive boxes. For these events, we request that you RSVP by signing up through service-learning.
