“I have an MFA (poetry writing) from the University of Washington; my BA is in English
with a minor in Philosophy. I teach the English composition sequence (99, 101, and
102) as well as Technical Writing and Poetry Writing. When I was 16, I enrolled in
community college as an early participant in the Running Start program. I started
teaching at Edmonds in 2004, and before that I worked for Sno-Isle Libraries and Seattle
Public Library.”
