How much does the program cost?

In addition to tuition, all students entering the program will be expected to have:

• Uniforms – All students will be required to have their own chef whites and food server uniforms (black and whites). Students should expect to pay approximately $250 for these uniforms.

• Knives and hand tools – All students are required to have their own knives and hand tools. Students should expect to pay a minimum of $200 for this equipment, but may choose to pay more.

Necessary textbooks

New students entering the program will have first quarter textbook requirements totaling approximately $190. Other textbooks will be required for subsequent quarters.

• Washington State Food Handlers permit

Students in the Culinary Arts Program are required to have a valid card on file at all times of program participation.
