The Addiction Studies program is based on a holistic behavioral-health care approach, and is accredited through the National Addiction Studies Accreditation Commission. The program provides students with instruction from industry leading instructors and teaches the necessary skills for working in the recovery field. Graduates of the Edmonds College Addiction Studies program are highly sought by employers from a variety of disciplines. Students completing the program satisfy the educational requirements for earning a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) certification with the Washington State Department of Health.
