Pets are not allowed in the Res Halls. Residents may have an Emotional Support Animal or a Service Animal. 
                              
                              Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a service animal is defined as any
                                 dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an
                                 individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual,
                                 or other mental disability.
                              
                              You must register with the Services for Students with Disabilities Office (SSD) if special accommodations are needed when applying for housing. You are encouraged
                                 to apply early and to notify the Housing and Residence Life Office of special needs
                                 when the application for housing is made.
