Follow the steps below to request a confirmation letter, Canada visa support letter, visa renewal support letter, confirmation letter for parent or family visit, or a letter to assist you with the process of getting a social security number for your on-campus job or practical training (job offer or EAD for OPT required):

1. Enter your ctcLink ID in the OIP Link Limited Services PIN Lookup.
2.  Check your email. You will receive a PIN number. (We will use the preferred email address we have in your College records. The email subject is “Limited Services PIN”)
3. Open the Letter Request Form and enter your ctcLink ID number and your PIN.
