Employee EdPass

The EdPass card is the official identification card for Staff / Faculty members of Edmonds College. You can obtain your EdPass card at the EdPass Office in Alderwood Hall (ALD), room 103. It gives you access to various services, conveniences, and opportunities on campus, including building and classroom access if required. An EdPass allows you to:

  • Library Card: Check out materials from the college library and access library facilities.
  • Copy Card: Copy machines in the library only accept EdPass for payment.
  • Bus Pass: You can add ORCA bus pass benefits to your EdPass (college I.D.) to use Community Transit's buses. It's $45 per quarter and is set up through an automatic payroll deduction. Forms are available in the EdPass Office. The bus pass is only available to full-time and part-time staff and faculty.
  • Prepaid Campus Cash Card: Deposit money in a FLEX Account for use on Edmonds College campus. Money can be deposited at the at the black ATM machines in Alderwood Hall 1st floor and the library (Lynnwood Hall 3rd floor). The card is valid at several locations on campus, including the Bookstore, Triton Pizza Kitchen, copy machines in the library, and Triton Espresso bar on campus.
  • Printing on Campus: Visit the Printing page for information about printing with your EdPass.
  • Access to Gymnasium Facilities: A weight room is available to current employees of Edmonds College. Your EdPass is required for access to the Seaview Gymnasium.
  • Access to secure Bicycle Sheds: You may store your bike in a keycard-secured enclosed bike shed for FREE on a quarterly basis. Take your valid EdPass to the Security Office in Woodway 214 to get your card coded for bike shed access. Bike shed storage space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Access to Building and Classrooms: Your EdPass can be encoded to unlock buildings and classrooms. Please contact the Security Department for more information. Call 425.640.1501 or email security24.7@edmonds.edu.
