Getting Your First EdPass

Where:

EdPass Office located in Alderwood Hall (ALD) room 103.


When:

Sometimes the time it takes to process new hire information can vary so you can check with EdPass office staff to make sure. Usually it takes about one business day for your information to be in our database. If you are not in our database yet, we cannot issue you anything.


What to Bring:

Bring your student/employee ID number. Also, bring a valid form of Photo ID.

Bus passes are $45 and available through payroll deduction (forms available at EdPass Office).


What Happens Next:

Staff in the EdPass Office will verify your Photo ID and enrollment or employment status, take your picture (no hats, please) and print your card. Getting your first EdPass made takes about five minutes.

Additional Staff/Faculty Information:

For staff/faculty keycard access to campus premises, complete an Edmonds College/CWU Building Access Form located in the EdPass folder on the U-Drive and give it to your supervisor for approval. Once your Building Access Form has been completed and approved it will be sent to the Security Department. A staff member will then email you regarding your Card Access status.
